  •  A quarterly series about the impact of CX and special topics designed to help CX Professionals benchmark their program activities against others (CXPA and Walker) - fifteen minute survey
  • CX maturity assessment (CXPA and CXPA Africa Leadership Council) - fifteen minute survey
