Bio

My recent focus has been on Customer Experience at Salesforce. Customer Experience is the team within Salesforce dedicated to understanding the customer point of view - through insights and analysis - to identify problems in the aggregate, propose macro solutions and assist with the implementation and rollout of those solutions.

I have extensive experience in marketing, communications, business development, strategic planning, project management, operations and management consulting. Primarily in the technology, education, non-profit and government sectors.

I founded, and later sold, two marketing consulting/branding firms (Neueblue and Ranablue), raised outside investment capital for a medical products company (MediFlag) which I was then asked to run, and have worked in client services for the bulk of my career.
